James Desborough, 40, is alleged to have killed Claudio Aquilino and Daniel Coleman. Following the alleged murders, he is accused of concealing their bodies within the dense undergrowth near his cabin, located close to St Austell. The court heard that Desborough lived in the cabin situated within the woodland where the bodies were purportedly hidden and disposed of.
