Inspectors Uncover Issues at Nottingham Mortuary
Inspectors from the Human Tissue Authority (HTA) have raised serious concerns regarding the conditions within the mortuary at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. During a visit in March, HTA officials discovered eight bodies that had reached an advanced stage of decomposition.
