The Salisbury property once belonging to former Russian intelligence officer Sergei Skripal, which gained international attention after he was poisoned with the nerve agent novichok there, has been listed for sale. Interested buyers have the opportunity to acquire a 30% share of the home located on Christie Miller Road.

The asking price for this 30% stake in the property is £114,000. Wiltshire Council will retain ownership of the remaining percentage of the house. The residence became a focal point in March 2018 when Skripal and his daughter, Yulia, were found unconscious on a bench in Salisbury after being exposed to novichok. Investigations subsequently linked the nerve agent to the property.
